I build AI tools that take the manual work out of scaling a business. Over six years in fintech, I went from an early-stage Moldovan startup (GoParrot) through its acquisition by Square (Block), where I built and led the program that brought its franchise product to enterprise sellers. Today I'm a Technical Project Manager working with enterprise multi-location brands generating hundreds of millions of dollars across the US, Canada, and UK, and I lead AI adoption on my team. The AI automation toolkit I designed and built became a standard across the org, used by hundreds of colleagues and saving hundreds of hours of manual work. Before tech, I advised Moldova's Minister of Defense on strategy, communications, and technology. I help founders turn AI into products that actually work, navigate fintech and payments, and win and scale enterprise customers in North America.
