Olga Dolghi

Olga Dolghi, CPA, is a finance transformation leader and Chartered Professional Accountant with 15+ years of experience spanning consulting, federal government, higher education, and international organizations. She specializes in enterprise performance management (EPM), financial process optimization, costing and pricing strategies, and large-scale transformation governance. With a proven track record at PwC Canada as Manager and Senior Associate in Finance Transformation, Olga has led end-to-end project delivery, directed Project Control Offices, and developed strategic finance roadmaps for clients in public administration, banking, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. She brings deep expertise in ERP, financial systems (SAP, OneStream), data analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx), and program management (MSP, Scrum). Her earlier career in federal government (Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission) and academia (McGill University) provided strong foundations in financial management, internal controls, policy, accounting operations, and research finance.
