My background is in commercial strategy and digital transformation, shaped by years in consulting and in-house roles where I’ve helped companies make smarter decisions — from diagnosing which functions and capabilities to invest in and reinforce, to identifying cost drainers, balancing trade-offs based on growth stage, and turning strategies from decks into actionable plans that truly resonate. My experience spans advising on CX and UX through data and insights to driving C-suite strategic initiatives at global tech companies, with the goal of shaping how the business prioritizes, plans, and stays aligned with its long-term ambitions. Earlier in my career, I worked with early-stage startups, helping founders transform raw ideas into clear strategies, test MVPs, and iterate rapidly using lean startup principles. Today, I help founders sharpen their thinking, pressure-test big decisions, and craft stories that inspire their teams, customers, and investors alike.
