I’m a seasoned tech operator and startup leader with over a decade of experience scaling companies across Europe and the UK. I led operations and strategy at Uber, helped build, lead and scale Bolt Food and Bolt Market from scratch, and currently serve as COO of PORT, a fast-growing urban infrastructure startup. My focus has always been on launching new businesses, building high-performance teams, and driving growth at scale. I’ve managed 1000+ people orgs, raised millions in funding, and now mentor early-stage startups through Techstars, Startup World Cup. I’m deeply passionate about supporting Moldovan founders to think globally and scale ambitiously!
